Medicine in School
If your child needs to have a prescribed (by a doctor) medicine administered at school you must complete a form which is available from the school office.
We ask you to bring in medicine in the prescribed container/packet to the school office where we will ask you to fill in a form.
If your child is sick at home we ask that you do not bring them to school until at least 24 hours has elapsed, to avoid the risk of infecting other children.
Merton has two GP hubs which offer urgent same day evening and weekend appointments. Contact your GP surgery or call 111 to find out more.
Reception Health Questionnaire
The school health questionnaire that parents are asked to complete for each child in Reception is changing. From September 2018 the paper questionnaire is being replaced with an electronic version. Click on button below for link to Reception health questionnaire.
